Service Description
Pre-register for Ornament Express and we’ll add a little something extra! You’ll receive additional clay to create up to 2 bonus ornaments, plus a special complimentary holiday treat waiting for you when you arrive. Each $50 Clay Package includes enough clay to create up to 12 ornaments using our holiday cutters, including Santa, candy canes, mittens, gingerbread houses, snowmen, snowflakes and more. Personalize them with names, dates, patterns and your own designs. One package may be shared by up to two artists. Your ornaments are cut from raw clay, decorated and glazed the same day using our Direct-to-Clay Glaze Collection, a specially formulated selection that can be applied before firing. Once you’re finished, leave the ornaments with us and we’ll handle the firing. Want to bring another maker? Additional artists are $25 each and receive additional clay to create up to 6 more ornaments. For holiday gifting, keep these deadlines in mind: - Ornaments glazed by November 15 will be ready for pickup before Thanksgiving - Ornaments glazed by December 13 will be ready for pickup by Christmas Make a matching family set, commemorate 2026, personalize them with family names or create a dozen completely different ornaments for your tree and gift giving. One visit. A whole batch of handmade ornaments. Plenty of Christmas memories.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, any portion of your payment that has not already been committed to custom materials, reserved inventory or other nonrecoverable costs may be applied as a credit toward a future event. Please arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full reservation period. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but late arrivals, additional guests and last-minute adjustments are subject to studio traffic and seating availability and cannot be guaranteed. For events taking place during studio hours, because seating is limited, reserved seats may be released to walk-in guests for anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes late. Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is due at checkout. Discounts, coupons, promotions and special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
