The PYOP Extravaganza at Art on Fire Studio is the ultimate creative experience! Attendees can choose any pottery piece from our entire studio collection and bring their artistic vision to life. Whether it’s a mug, plate, figurine, or home décor, this event offers endless possibilities for fun and creativity. Perfect for all ages and skill levels!
Cancellation Policy
Reservations & Deposits Standard Party Shelf Celebration: $75 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date/time; applied to balance due on event day. Standard PYOP Extravaganza: $75 non-refundable reservation fee required; not applied to balance due on event day. Deluxe Party Shelf Celebration: $150 non-refundable deposit required; applied to balance due on event day. Deluxe PYOP Celebration: $150 non-refundable reservation fee required; not applied to balance due on event day. Party Timeline & Punctuality Timelines begin at scheduled start time. No additional time for late arrivals. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit party space and deposit. Suggested Child’s Party Itinerary 1–15 Minutes: Guests arrive 15–30 Minutes: Staff reviews painting guidelines; guests select pottery 30–90 Minutes: Guests paint; staff assists and labels pieces 90 Minutes–End: Cake, celebration, checkout; staff provides final total Duration & Additional Time Parties include 2 hours reserved space. Additional time, if booked in advance, is $60 per 30 minutes. Extensions may not be available if not pre-booked. Overage fees apply: $60 per 30 minutes, automatically charged starting 5 minutes past end time. Party Packages & Guests Minimum 8 painters required; additional painters at per-person rate. Non-painting guests limited to 2 per party during normal hours; extras $15 each. Non-painting guests may be asked to give seats to painters. Hosts must stay on premises until last guest leaves and are responsible for guest conduct, including breakage. Food, Décor & Cleanup Outside cake permitted; please bring utensils, plates, napkins. Allowed décor: balloons, tablecloths, small centerpieces. Prohibited: confetti, silly string, loose balloons, piñatas. Staff handles pottery/paint cleanup; hosts handle food/decor. Excessive mess may incur $25 cleaning fee deducted from deposit. Finished Pieces & Pickup Pottery ready 2 weeks after party, bagged together for host pickup. $15 service fee for individual pickups. Pieces must be collected within 30 days due to limited storage. Gratuities Our Spark Specialists work hard to ensure your celebration runs smoothly. Tips are not required but always appreciated.
