Service Description

Explore two exciting painting styles while building confidence with color, composition and brush control. During the first week, students will create an **acrylic painting on canvas**, learning how to layer colors, add details and work with a more vibrant, opaque paint. During the second week, students will create a **watercolor painting on paper**, exploring washes, blending and the unique transparency that makes watercolor so distinctive. In the final week, students will put their new skills to work in an **Artist's Choice** project, selecting either acrylic or watercolor to create an original artwork of their own. Perfect for young artists who enjoy painting and want to experience different approaches to bringing their ideas to life. *Price shown is single drop-in rate for either first or second week.
