Cancellation Policy

Art on Fire Studio Reserved Seating Policy Reserved seating is available for guests who would like guaranteed studio seating during their visit. Because seating and studio space are limited, reservations are subject to the following policies. Reservation Requirements Reserved seating requires a minimum of 3 guests Each guest is required to meet a $30 minimum purchase Reservation minimums are based on the reserved party and remain in effect even if attendance changes after booking Reservation Deposit A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations When reservation minimums are met, the deposit will be applied toward purchases made during the visit Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals resulting in released seating, or reservations that do not meet minimum requirements Reservation Timing Reserved seating is scheduled for 90 minutes Please arrive on time so your party may enjoy the full reservation period Because seating is limited, reserved tables may be released to walk-in guests if a party arrives more than 5 minutes late Accommodating late arrivals, additional guests, or last-minute changes is dependent upon studio traffic and seating availability and cannot be guaranteed 
 Seating & Studio Policies Reserved seating guarantees table space, not exclusive use of the studio Seating is reserved for participating guests only Outside food and beverages may be limited or restricted during standard studio hours Guests are expected to respect shared studio space, staff and other visitors Final Balance & Checkout Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is due at checkout Separate checks may be limited for larger groups Discounts, coupons, promotions or special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated
