Service Description
Family Night at Art on Fire Studio is an easygoing creative night designed for families who want to spend time together without having to plan every detail in advance. Reserve your seats ahead of time, then choose your projects when you arrive from the pieces available on the studio floor. Want to make the featured Spotlight Project instead? This Family Night includes two seasonal options: a cookie plate or a mug. Spotlight Projects are purchased separately, per piece, in addition to the seat reservation. That means you can keep it spontaneous or plan ahead: - Seat Reservation: holds your place for the evening. Choose and purchase your project when you arrive. - Spotlight Project: add a cookie plate or mug to your reservation so your featured piece is set aside for you. Each family member may choose their own project, so everyone can make something that fits them. Seat reservations do not act as a deposit toward your project purchase and do not guarantee a specific piece. Spotlight Projects are only guaranteed when purchased in advance.

Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, any portion of your payment that has not already been committed to custom materials, reserved inventory or other nonrecoverable costs may be applied as a credit toward a future event. Please arrive on time so everyone can enjoy the full reservation period. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but late arrivals, additional guests and last-minute adjustments are subject to studio traffic and seating availability and cannot be guaranteed. For events taking place during studio hours, because seating is limited, reserved seats may be released to walk-in guests for anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes late. Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is due at checkout. Discounts, coupons, promotions and special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
