Cancellation Policy

Art on Fire Studio Party Policy Thank you for booking your event with us! The timeline and information contained in this policy will help ensure you and your guests have a great time. If you have any questions, please let one of our team members know. Event times begin at the scheduled party start time. No additional party time will be given for parties arriving late. Event hosts arriving more than 30 minutes past their scheduled start time may have their event space cancelled and lose the non-refundable party deposit. Additional event time, when booked in advance, may be available for an additional fee. Additional event time may not be available if not pre booked. Additional event time will be automatically charged in 15 minute increments beginning 10 minutes past the scheduled end time of your event. Please inquire with a team member if you find that things are running over. Our staff will handle cleaning up all pottery, paints, brushes and tables. An additional cleaning fee of $25 may be deducted from your party deposit to parties with excessive trash and cleaning needs. Pottery pieces will be glazed, fired and ready to pick up two weeks from your event. All pieces will be bagged TOGETHER for you to pick up. There is a $15 service fee for parties wishing to pick up items individually. There is a sink at the back of the studio for hand washing. Please no confetti, silly string, loose balloons or piñatas in the studio. Event hosts are responsible for making sure party guests stay in the designated area and are not loitering outside effecting other guests and merchants in the plaza. Event hosts are responsible for guest conduct, any resulting breakage and must remain on premises until the last guest leaves, subject to fees listed above.
