Seat Reservation Terms & Conditions

​Welcome to Art on Fire Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, studio classes, premises, events and any other Art on Fire Studio offering (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Art on Fire Studio seating reservations are available for guests who would like guaranteed studio seating during their visit. Reservations are subject to the following policies:

1. Reservation Timing

Reserved seating is scheduled for 90 minutes.

Please arrive on time so your party may enjoy the full reservation period.

2. Reservation Deposit

A deposit is required to secure all reservations.

When reservation minimums are met, the deposit will be applied toward purchases made during the visit.

Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals. Because seating is limited, reserved tables may be released to walk-in guests if a party arrives more than 5 minutes late.

Accommodating late arrivals, additional guests or last-minute changes is dependent upon studio traffic and seating availability and cannot be guaranteed

3. Reservation Minimums

Each guest is required to meet a $30 minimum purchase

Reservation minimums remain in effect even if attendance changes after booking.
4. Seating & Studio Policies

Reserved seating guarantees table space, not exclusive use of the studio.

Seating is reserved for participating guests only.

Outside food and beverages may be limited or restricted during standard studio hours.

Guests are expected to respect shared studio space, staff and other visitors.
5. Final Balance & Checkout
-
Any remaining balance beyond the deposit is due at checkout.

Separate checks may be limited for groups.

Discounts, coupons, promotions or special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated
