Welcome to Art on Fire Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, studio classes, events, and any other products or services offered by Art on Fire Studio (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
At Art on Fire Studio, creativity thrives in an environment built on respect, responsibility,
and care for both people and materials. By participating in our classes, camps, and
workshops, students agree to uphold the following standards:
1. Respect for People

Treat instructors, classmates, and studio guests with kindness and courtesy at all times.

Listen carefully to directions and wait your turn to speak.

Encourage others — creativity looks different for everyone.
2. Respect for Property

Handle all studio tools, brushes, and materials with care.

Clean up your workspace before leaving.

Ask before using anything that isn’t already at your station.

Never touch someone else’s artwork without permission.
3. Safety First

Walk — never run — in the studio.

Keep hands and materials away from the kiln and restricted areas.

Follow all safety instructions for tools, glazes, and equipment.

Report spills, breaks, or accidents to an instructor immediately.
4. Responsibility and Participation

Arrive on time and be ready to create.

Give your best effort and try new techniques — mistakes are part of learning!

Stay with your assigned group unless given permission to move.

Use respectful language and behavior at all times.
5. Digital & Photo Etiquette

Phones and personal devices should remain silent and out of sight unless part of an approved project.

Photos may be taken by instructors for studio use; students should not photograph others without consent.
6. Consequences for Misconduct
If a student chooses not to follow the Code of Conduct:

First reminder: Verbal reminder and redirection.

Second reminder: Temporary removal from the activity for reflection.

Continued issues: Parent/guardian contact and possible dismissal from the program.
No refunds will be issued for students removed due to behavioral issues.
